Thursday, October 27, is fall picture day at Creekside! We are using a pre-paid system for pictures. If you would like to purchase a picture package, please fill out the picture order form, enclose your payment, and send it with your child on October 27. Your child will hand the envelope to the photographer when his/her picture is taken.

- All students will have their picture taken, however pictures will only be printed for students who pay on picture day.
- The student must have the order form with them on picture day. Payment may be made by cash or check payable to Lifetouch. No change will be available on picture day.
- “Love your look or we’ll retake it.” If not satisfied, return your portraits to school. Lifetouch will re-photograph free of charge. If you are not pleased with your retake portraits, Lifetouch will refund your money.
